1. 高铁特色 China's high-speed train and railway
项目参加者通过参观实验室和听取学术讲座了解中国磁悬浮列车和新能源高铁的基本情况；走入交通运输企业（运达科技）进一步了解中国的交通；体验成渝之间时速350公里的高铁，感受1小时生活圈的便捷。
Participants will learn about China's maglev trains and new energy high-speed trains by visiting laboratories and listening to academic lectures. Visit a transportation company (Yunda Technology) to learn more about transportation in China. Experience the 350km/h high-speed train between Chengdu and Chongqing, and feel the convenience of the 1-hour life circle.
2. 巴蜀文化 Bashu culture, a unique regional characteristics
因为重庆独特的“山城”城市风貌，对境外游客具有强烈吸引力，所以本次项目选择了重庆作为参访城市。将前往洪崖洞、千厮门大桥、李子坝、魁星楼等地，并体验重庆火锅。
成都是熊猫故乡，项目参加者将在成都参加熊猫自愿者活动，并取得荣誉证书。将前往太古里、宽窄巷子和成都博物馆等地，并体验成都小吃，同时还将前往世界遗产地都江堰。
Due to the unique "mountain city" urban style of Chongqing, which is highly attractive to overseas tourists, Chongqing was chosen as the visiting city for this program. Visit Hongya Cave folk scenic spot，Qiansimen Bridge, Liziba Station of Chongqing Light Rail, Kuixing building, etc., and taste Chongqing hot Pot.
Chengdu is the hometown of Giant Pandas, and the participants will join in panda volunteer project in Chengdu and obtain honorary certificates. 成都是运动之城。继2023年成功举办第31届世界大学生运动会后，成都又将于2025年举办第12届世界运动会。本次项目设计了丰富的体育活动和与中国学生的交流活动，由陈氏太极拳传人教授太极和八段锦，与中国同学进行球类联谊赛、体验中国非遗技艺“舞狮”“舞龙”，学习书法，体验活字印刷术。在闭营仪式中还设计了参加者的项目体验分享活动，并为参加者颁发交流证书。
Chengdu is a city of sports. In 2023, Chengdu successfully hosted 31st FISU World University Game and will host the 12th the World Games in 2025. There are abundant sports activities and student exchange activities in this program. Taught tai Chi and Baduanjin by Chinese Tai Chi champion, played ball games with Chinese students, experienced Chinese intangible cultural heritage skills "lion dance" and "dragon dance", learned calligraphy, and experienced movable type printing. Renowned as the birthplace of civil engineering, mining and metallurgical engineering, and transportation engineering education in the nation, SWJTU is revered as the "cradle of railway engineers in China". Throughout its illustrious history, SWJTU has nurtured and produced over 300,000 graduates.
SWJTU is located in Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan province. It encompasses 33 schools and centers, catering to 49 thousand students, and supported by over 2700 full-time faculty members. SWJTU takes pride in its distinct strength in rail transit disciplines, positioning it as one of China's leading institutions. Currently, the university is progressing towards its goal of becoming a world-class institution recognized for its exceptional transportation expertise. SWJTU has attained remarkable achievements in various engineering disciplines. Its Transportation Engineering discipline upholds the position as the foremost in China, with an impressive A+ ranking. In addition, the National Basic Science Center for Modern Railway Dynamics and Transport Safety has been approved. Furthermore, SWJTU is actively promoting the construction of two large-scale research facilities: the "Multi-State Coupled Rail Transit Dynamic Model Test Platform" and the "Quasi-Axisymmetric Stellarator".
With a commitment to international education, SWJTU has forged extensive collaborations with over 200 universities and scientific research institutions across 60 countries and regions. In partnership with the University of Leeds in the UK, SWJTU has established "Southwest Jiaotong University-Leeds Joint School". Furthermore, SWJTU is actively promoting the construction of two large-scale research facilities: the "Multi-State Coupled Rail Transit Dynamic Model Test Platform" and the "Quasi-Axisymmetric Stellarator".
With a commitment to international education, SWJTU has forged extensive collaborations with over 200 universities and scientific research institutions across 60 countries and regions. In partnership with the University of Leeds in the UK, SWJTU has established "Southwest Jiaotong University-Leeds Joint School". Furthermore, SWJTU has taken the lead in founding the Education Alliance for International Railway Talents. Additionally, in collaboration with Khon Kaen University in Thailand, SWJTU has co-constructed the Tianyou Railway Institute. Currently it is in the process of constructing the Chengdu Eastern (International) Campus, which will further enhance their international educational offerings.
